    First time home owner, first time with a HVAC unit (Tucson Transplant).. And the nightmare happens: the 12 year old unit that came with the house gave up its last legs and just died. No idea how to deal with this miserable event, only counting my blessings it happened in March and not August. And then Samson and Sons, and Mark.     Huge thank you to Mark the owner! He answered the phone after hours and walked us through a quick troubleshoot on our dead-as-a-doornail AC unit and he found the problem and told us how to fix it ourselves. When we offered to pay him for his help he refused. I have no idea how much he saved us being after hours AND a holiday (the night before 4th of July), I’m sure we would’ve gotten taken by someone else. Thank you Mark!!!
